Dru Yoga is an international school of yoga, meditation, ayurveda and health. A –not-for profit social enterprise founded on the ideal of giving back to the world.
Dru yoga creates educational programmes for positive health and well being in order to inspire a natural and healthier way of living for everybody.
Dru yoga is based on soft flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisation. Dru Yoga is both a graceful form of exercise and a potent means of stress relief.
With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru yoga is a style that has been passed down through the generations. It works on the body and the mind, strengthening core stability and building a heightened feeling of positivity and empowerment.
